Welcome to rapoogaming.co.za ("the Site"), operated by Rapoo South Africa ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

2. About Us
Rapoo Gaming South Africa is the official South African distributor of Rapoo gaming peripherals — including mice, keyboards, headsets, and accessories — designed for PC and console gamers. Our physical address is 365 Rivonia Boulevard, Edenburg, Sandton, 2128, South Africa.
3. Eligibility
To purchase from this Site, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Be a resident of, or shipping to, a valid South African address.
- Have a valid payment method accepted by our payment gateway.
4. Products & Pricing
All products listed on this Site are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours and specifications may vary slightly from what is shown.
5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout South Africa. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary based on courier availability and your location.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the courier. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by the courier once your order has been dispatched.

7. Returns & Warranty
We want you to be satisfied with your Rapoo gear. Our return and warranty policy works as follows:
- 7-day return period: If you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
- Manufacturer's warranty: All Rapoo products carry the standard Rapoo manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims for defects arising under normal use may be submitted via our support channel and will be processed in accordance with Rapoo's global warranty policy.
- Non-returnable items: Products that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without original packaging will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Returns are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of Rapoo South Africa or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
